A:Yes, we ship worldwide
Q: Why is my order taking so long?
A:handmade items may take longer, because they are hand made by one person. Also we have no control over shipping time once the package leaves our hands.
Q: My item arrived damaged/ I received the wrong item. Will you refund/replace it?
A: Yes, we will replace or refund it. Simple return wrong or damaged item within 7 days of delivery. Please be advise that one of a kind pieces may not be replaced, but a refund will occur in such cases. Limited edition are replaceable based on availability.
Q: If my order gets lost, will I get a refund?
A: It is very rare that a package gets lost in the mail: however, we are not responsible for lost packages. Also, please ensure that your address is correct when using Pay-Pal.

- All refunds are done in the original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Majority of our pieces are fashion and costume jewellery. Our merchandise are lead and nickle compliant. However, if you have any hypoallergenic concerns or sensitive skin, our product may not be of interest to you.
