WE OFFER STORE CREDIT or ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR RETURNS! STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A DIGITAL GIFT CARD.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase date to be eligible for a refund. International orders have a grace period of 30 days.
- Returned items should be shipped in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.
- Domestic return items received after 15 days will be charged 25% restocking fees. All fees will subtracted form digital gift card credit.
- All domestic returns that are received after 20 days will be rejected, items will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
- All SALE items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- If you would like to return an item you may contact our store by using the main contact page. We ask that you provide your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the item (s).
- Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of returning item (s) to us. As such, we recommend that all returned items be sent through recorded delivery for tracking and insurance purposes.
